Flexipol S/38

Thermoplastic Adhesive

  • Thermoplastic adhesive based on extruded polyamide used with automatic machines during the shoe assembly operation. It contains more than 80% of raw materials from renewable resources.

AX 753

Neoprene Adhesive

  • AX 753 is a one and two components, clear solvent based polychloroprene adhesive.

    • as one component adhesive, in upper and insole production for bonding natural and synthetic materials: it is characterized by long open time and good initial strength.

    • as two components adhesive, for bonding soles made of synthetic rubber, natural rubber, thunit, micropermeable material as well as to bond leathers. Dry film main features are: high adhesion, great heat resistance and long lifetime.

    • Packaging: 3.5 and 15kg cans.

AX 301

Neoprene Adhesive

  • AX 301 is a two-components polychloroprene adhesive with a very light colour, especially designed to bond synthetic and natural rubber soles, expanded materials like EVA or SBS based materials (microporose), EPDM, thunit, TR, EVA and leather.

    AX 301 has to be used in addition with a hardener in a percentage of 5-7% wt.

Poligrip 999

Polyurethane Adhesive

  • Poligrip 999 is a high performance one-component polyurethane adhesive. It is mainly developed for bonding sole to upper. It is particularly suitable for bonding materials such as PU, PVC, Thunit, Rubber and Leather.

    To improve the performance of Poligrip 999 (especially its resistance to ageing), simply add polyisocyanic hardeners, in a proportion of 2-5% by weight.

Uniflex 602

Natural Rubber Solution

  • Uniflex 602 is an adhesive based on natural rubber to be used after application to both surfaces to be bonded. It finds particular use in the leather goods and footwear industry for lining operations.

    Uniflex 602 does not alter significantly the natural softness of leather.
